Manage Your mm98 VIP Account from Your Phone

One of the things VIP players mm98 love most is how easy it is to manage their account from their phone. You can monitor your VIP Points balance, check your current tier, view cashback history, and communicate with your personal VIP manager — all from the small screen in your hand.

You'll receive automatic notifications whenever your VIP Points reach a new tier threshold, when your weekly cashback is credited, or when there's an exclusive promotion available only to your VIP tier. No more missing out on offers just because you weren't in the loop.

For Gold VIP members and above, mm98 also provides a direct WhatsApp line to your personal VIP Manager. So when something urgent comes up — like a large withdrawal that needs to be processed immediately or a special bonus you'd like to claim — everything can be sorted within minutes.

Real experiences from our loyal players across Malaysia

★★★★★

"I'm Gold VIP now and the difference is real. My personal account manager responds in under 5 minutes every time I reach out. The 7% weekly cashback has become reliable extra income I can count on every Monday. mm98 is absolutely worth it."

Razif bin Hamdan

★★★★★

"mm98's Platinum tier is truly in a class of its own. The RM 15,000 daily withdrawal limit made a real difference when I won big in the poker tournament. Processed in 15 minutes — the funds were already in my Maybank2u before I finished my coffee. Absolutely no issues at all."

Nurulhana Binti Azman
Georgetown, Penang
★★★★☆

"Just got promoted to Diamond last month and immediately received a physical gift delivered to my door — honestly didn't expect mm98 to do something like that. The private Diamond table is great too, fewer players but bigger pots. My only hope is that they add more offline events for Diamond members."

FAQ – mm98 VIP Rewards

Everything you need to know about our VIP programme

No, you don't. Every registered mm98 account is automatically enrolled in the VIP Rewards programme starting at the Bronze tier. You begin earning VIP Points from your very first bet — no sign-up or activation needed. Tier upgrades happen automatically once your points balance reaches the required threshold.

mm98 VIP Points never expire as long as your account remains active. However, your achieved VIP tier must be maintained by meeting the minimum activity requirements every three months. If your activity falls below the minimum threshold, your tier may be adjusted downward. Your personal VIP Manager (Gold and above) will notify you in advance before this happens.

mm98's weekly cashback is calculated based on your play activity from Monday to Sunday, and is automatically credited every Monday before 12:00 PM. No claim is required — the credit goes directly into your account balance and can be used for play or withdrawn subject to the rollover requirements set for your VIP tier.

The mm98 Elite tier is strictly by personal invitation only. Players who accumulate 500,000 VIP Points and maintain a consistent playing record over 6 consecutive months will be considered. The mm98 VIP team will reach out to you directly through your Diamond VIP Manager once you meet the criteria. There is no way to apply directly — it is based entirely on your track record.
